Enrollment steps

Due to the nature of our program, we require that all families interested in enrolling attend a guided tour. We want to ensure that you have all the information you need and give you an opportunity to ask questions.

Outdoor classrooms are unique and differ greatly from traditional settings. They also require a different level of commitment from both the children enrolled and their families, so we want to ensure we are a good fit for what you are looking and hoping for in your child’s early years at school.  We hope you will join us!

STEP ONE: Sign up for a Tour

If you are interested in our programs, email us to sign up for a tour. You will then be invited to attend a group tour where you will have the opportunity to learn about our program, tour our outdoor urban farmyard and forest space, meet the lead teacher, and ask questions. Tours are for parents and babes in arms only.

STEP TWO: Submit an Application

Enrollment for the school year program begins in February. If space is available, families who have attended a tour will be invited to complete an online application. The lead teacher will collect applications and offer spaces to families after considering the class balance of age and gender.

A waitlist will be established once the program is full, and families will be notified if/when a spot becomes available. There is no fee required to hold a spot on our waitlist. 

STEP THREE: Complete and return the Registration Packet

Families who have been accepted will receive a link to an enrollment form by e-mail and must complete, sign, and return it, along with a registration fee of $100 and a non-refundable deposit of $150.

The deposit will be applied to your last month’s tuition.
